PIZZA AGENT – LE 5 STAGIONI
A Contest by Le 5 Stagioni for the Brand’s New Positioning.
BRIEF
Le 5 Stagioni, the renowned brand of Agugiaro e Figna—a leading company in the production of high-quality flours for pizza and baked goods—set out to strengthen relationships with its distributors while effectively communicating its new brand positioning. The objective was to transform the distributors’ approach into a valuable asset for the company, fostering loyalty and enthusiasm for the brand.
SOLUTION
We conceived and organized a contest during the 2024 World Pizza Championship in Parma. Twenty-two teams, composed of Le 5 Stagioni agents, competed to craft the best pizza. They were guided by an expert pizzaiolo coach and the “Dream Team”—a group of renowned international pizzaiolos and Le 5 Stagioni technicians. The grand prize? A trip to Las Vegas.
Multichannel Strategies to Engage Distributors.
To achieve these objectives, we implemented a range of engagement and communication strategies. Distributors were consistently informed and motivated through multiple channels, including Direct Email Marketing (DEM), personalized invitations, WhatsApp communications, a dedicated page on the Pizza Stories website, and a specialized organizational secretariat.
Crafting the Perfect Event: Behind the Scenes of Pizza Agent.
The event’s planning and execution were managed through a centrally coordinated structure that integrated specialized production units.
The Content Creativity Unit was the driving force behind the event’s design and execution, responsible for developing the overall event format and production guidelines.
Other key units included the Promotion Unit, which oversaw the creation and delivery of creative and production activities for the event; the Digital Web Unit, tasked with developing the landing page and managing online content; and the Visual Design & Production Unit, which crafted the visual elements that defined the event’s image.
All units worked under the coordination of the Project Leaders team.
Dedicated Secretariat and Customized Materials for a Memorable Contest.
To ensure a seamless organization and flawless execution of the contest, we managed a dedicated organizational secretariat. This team collected and handled all the necessary information about participating distributors and coordinated every aspect of the contest, from the initial phase to the event itself.
We created customized materials for the competition, including personalized badges, participation certificates, and evaluation sheets for the jury. Additionally, we designed, packed, and delivered engaging and informative welcome kits for the agents.
During the evening event, we provided a shuttle pick-up service to ensure smooth transportation, set up a photobooth to capture fun and memorable moments, and encouraged interaction and networking through engaging activities among the participants.
