BRIEF
GlaxoSmithKline, a multinational biopharmaceutical company, is committed to daily scientific research, raising awareness, and valuing its human capital. 2022 was the year to consolidate the commitment to teamwork and celebrate the results achieved. For a series of events ranging from the launch of a new drug to its promotion to the medical class, from team building to update conferences with key opinion leaders in the sector, it was necessary to support the company with solutions that would enhance communication goals.
SOLUTION
We have taken on the challenge of supporting, motivating, and rewarding heterogeneous teams with event proposals that go beyond structuring a schedule. Our primary goal has been to create memorable and functional occasions at the same time. We have therefore produced the opening videos, curated the BTL materials to be used on site, managed the set-ups, entertainment, and service. Collaboration with the management together with the coordination of the different providers was essential.
IMPACTFUL AND IMMEDIATE CONTENT TO MAXIMIZE ENGAGEMENT.
Scientific informers and medical personnel were the audience that participated in the initiative aimed at stimulating discussion and involvement on the treatment of SLE, while the “Together as One” event was designed to promote the concepts of belonging and multipotentiality. The tagline “People. Purpose. Practice.” emphasized the company’s pillars, reinterpreting them rhythmically.
